I'm Bailey, a brand marketer who's spent the last decade helping craft brands people don't just buy from, but genuinely connect with.

I grew up in San Antonio, Texas then made my way to New York for college and ended up staying for ten years. At NYU's Gallatin School of Individualized Study, I designed my own degree around marketing, branding, and identity, which, to this day, still drives how I approach my work. I've always been drawn to understanding what makes a brand feel like something.

Those years in New York shaped my perspective. I worked across premium lifestyle brands, from Kiehl's to luxury showrooms and e-commerce retailers, learning what separates the brands people forget from the ones they stay loyal to.

About six years ago, I came back home to Texas, and it's been one of the best decisions I've made. For five of those years, I served as Marketing Director at Imbōdhi, a sustainable, California-made lifestyle brand I truly believed in. In a lean environment, I led brand and omni-channel marketing end-to-end (strategy, creative direction, email, influencer, photoshoots, merchandising, etc.).

What I love most about this work is the intersection of intuition and execution, building something thoughtful, then bringing it to life in a way that resonates.

Now I'm looking to partner with brands through contract, consulting, and full-time engagements, especially those building something meaningful, intentional, and built to last. While I’m based in San Antonio, I’m open to working remotely and traveling locally.
